What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. Keychain styles on this site typically start at 20 pieces, often 20 per color or type. The exact minimum is shown on each product page.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is volume-based — the more you order, the lower the unit price. Enter any quantity and the price updates automatically based on the matching tier.
When will I receive my free mock-up?
We typically send a free mock-up within 24 hours after you submit the request on the product page. After you place an order, we send a separate digital proof for approval before production. That proof is not on a 24-hour clock.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. We can adjust layout, colors and placement before production begins.
What about rush orders?
Rush production is available on most products for an additional fee, with delivery in as few as 10 business days.
What file formats do you accept?
Vector files (AI, PDF, EPS, SVG) are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG also work.
